Based at our Salisbury office

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Reporting to the Clinical Lead, this role will establish robust processes that facilitate the monitoring of program and client outcomes.

With the strong focus on gathering and analysing data this role will coordinate and prepare reports and other documentation for the Primary Health Network as needed.

PD Project Officer Salisbury Specialist Mental Health Service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Monitor program outputs and client outcomes using our client management system (CMS)

Track reporting schedules and assist the Clinical Lead in providing timely and accurate reports

Support the Clinical Lead to develop and implement administrative processes

Maintain the program database by collecting and entering relevant program related data.

Organise and file program related documents

Identify potential issues or risks that could impact on the program meeting contracted KPIs and achieving positive client outcomes

Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders and agencies to strengthen partnerships and client pathways.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Experience in program administration, developing procedures and forms, and overseeing and monitoring program objectives through data collection and collation

Sound knowledge of administrative procedures, practices and record management systems

Experience in the collection, presentation and analysis of information

Proven ability to prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines, including managing competing demands

Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively as a member of a team

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and analyse issues

Highly developed skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working within a culturally diverse setting

Knowledge of the refugee/human rights sector or other community service areas and/or experience in a not-for-profit environment.
